Today is May 16. I’ve been working out consistently. I only missed working out 2 days this month. The rest of the days I’ve sweated my butt off! I’m averaging 2.875 miles per day.
My eating habits leave a little to be desired. I am NOT pigging out by any means, just eating average amounts of food. Sometimes I will have a shake for dinner.
I’ve started exercising while watching TV in the evenings…. crunches, leg raises, etc.
My weight has pretty much stayed the same. A little discouraging.
My goal this next week while my mom is here is to workout at least every other day and drink LOTS and LOTS of water!
Any other suggestions?
