I started working out again when I got the Wii Fit- From now on the weight is according to the Wii Fit which weighs me about 3 pounds heavier than my bathroom scale. I am also going to try and document my weight once a week, but the fluctuation from day to day has been unreal. I am hoping it is because fat is turning into muscle!
